Best Ways to Cheat on Cheat Day
Everyone on a structured nutritional plan and even those on less serious diets do it. So why do so many websites never give enough credit to the best part about dieting. The day when you can ignore it and gorge on whatever you so desire. Here are just some interesting and creative ways to treat yourself on cheat day,
Bake a cake. Well maybe not a whole cake, but baking some goodies is a great way to reward yourself with food and the general sense of reward from baking. It's a surprisingly therapeutic and tasty hobby to indulge in. An alternative is just buying the equivalent of what you want can't be bothered to create yourself for instant satisfaction.
Try the Michael Phelps breakfast (or at least a watered down more sugary version). His amazing intake of calories is no small feat, at least for us non swimming folk, so trying to match his breakfast calorie count and content with a bit more of a sugary focus could be a great way to spend your cheat day. Seriously, it could take you a whole day to get through what that man eats.
Get a pizza with the most toppings you enjoy on it as possible. It's so rewarding to eat an entire pizza to yourself with the topping content of three meals. Nothing beats pizza on a cheat day for me and with pizza bigger is always better. If there is a local challenge pizza, there should be no question in the matter, try to eat it on this day of days.
